Nothing in these Terms grants any user, creator, or third party any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property, except for the limited right to access the website as intended.
The strategic three-tier hybrid organizational framework, backend brokerage mechanisms, proprietary project workflows, operational flow charts, and specific service category classifications displayed across this platform are the original operational concepts of the Company and its founder, Abhyansh. These frameworks may not be replicated, adapted, or used as the basis for a competing platform or service without explicit written authorization from the Company.

Any unauthorized reproduction, systemic plagiarism, or cloning of these assets for competing commercial use will result in immediate termination of ecosystem access and full legal enforcement under applicable trade dress and intellectual property laws. Fustrize operates as a digital brokerage connecting technical talent with clients. The following rules govern all activity conducted through the Service and apply to both Roster members and clients:
Roster members agree to pay a percentage-based brokerage commission to Fustrize on all payments received from clients secured through this ecosystem, with exact rates varying by service vertical and project scope.
Roster members and clients are strictly prohibited from bypassing the platform to work together directly. Any direct backchannel deals or team poaching to avoid brokerage fees will result in immediate, permanent removal from the ecosystem.
All project documents, client briefs, and pricing data are under strict operational lock and absolute confidentiality. Fustrize maintains a strict three-tier structure and reserves the right to reject any work or reassign any project if milestones are missed or if deliverables fail to match our standard-setting professional benchmarks.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if we have made them available to you on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
