Yes. As a brokerage agency, Fustrize connects creators on our Talent Roster with paying clients. Because we source and provide these client opportunities, creators are required to pay a commission on earnings generated through projects secured via Fustrize.

Commission rates vary depending on the service category — every field (e.g. web development, video editing, sales closing, AI automations) has its own commission structure. Specific rates will be communicated directly to creators during onboarding and before any project begins.

In short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
